Platform User Licenses

Here, we explain what it means to become a Yo-ai Licensed Platform User.

How to Subscribe to the Licensed Platform User Service

  1.   Send an email to platform-user@privacyportfolio.com.
  2.   You will receive an auto-reply with all the necessary instructions.
  3.   A Platform User License Agreement template will be generated, which requires notarization to confirm your identity and signature.
  4.   Enter your billing information in our payment portal and purchase the Platform User License Agreement.
  5.   A dedicated Yo-ai SaaS tenant will be provisioned with Yo-ai Agent Templates and Platform Tools with custom Platform configurations.

Modifying Your Platform User License Agreement

Your notarized Platform User License Agreement authorizes you and any other authorized agents to represent your interests by making decisions and taking actions with organizations on your behalf. This agreement specifies acceptable use of the Yo-ai Platform, which you are personally responsible for.

As a Licensed Platform User, you are entitled to earn 'Reward Credits' for information products and services shared with other Registered Stakeholders.

The Product Roadmap for Yo-ai includes a self-documenting code repository of your SaaS tenant configuration so you can reuse most artifacts to build and host your own Platform at some point in the future.

Terminating or Revoking Your Platform User License Agreement

There are three ways to terminate or revoke your Agreement:

  1. Email responsible-human@yo-ai.ai with your request. Save this email for your own records.
  2. Delete your personal information, including your billing information in your Yo-ai Account Portal.
  3. Submit a privacy request to cancel your subscription(s) and delete your tenant.

This action will also remove you from the Stakeholder Registry. You can always re-register at a later time, however you will not be able to use the same email address.

Registered Stakeholders who are licensed as a Yo-ai Platform User, sign a notarized Platform User License Agreement and pay $56.00 USD per month or $500.00 USD per year.
