Your first security test
The Yo-ai Platform is designed to protect the personal information and the identity of Registered Stakeholders.
According to our Code of Conduct, disclosing the personal information of individual consumers, including yourself, is a prohibited activity.
You are directed to send an email to stakeholder@privacyportfolio.com.
This is a registered domain hosted in AWS that strips out everything except your email address prior to arriving in our mailboxes.
Your first test (should you choose to accept it), is how we enforce our Code of Conduct:
disclosing the personal information of individual consumers, including yourself, is a prohibited activity.
You don't need any guidance from us on how to conduct your first test.
We use robust error-handling to catch any exceptions and we don't blame our users for making mistakes.
Your second security test
You are directed to an online webform where you register your subscription preferences as a stakeholder.
This webform is hosted on the PrivacyPortfolio.com domain.
You can inspect the html source page and verify that the form action sends the subscription information to the same email address you registered at. You can also save the html web page and send it as an attachment directly to stakeholder@privacyportfolio.com.
As we are telling you all this, we are explaining how our Zero-Trust Platform works.
Every day we all sign up for newsletters, etc., submitting between 5-12 personal data elements to a third-party provider that hosts the webform using Google, Microsoft, or Hubspot servers that tracks our browsing activity and location.
Many organizations will use "Zero-Trust" as a marketing buzzword to describe their security.
Marketers will tell you: security, legalese, and privacy banners KILL business. It's true.
Explaining facts and figures and describing technical operational details is less effective than looking someone in the eye and telling them,
"There's nothing to worry about: you're making the right decision."
Your third security test
Your third security test runs when your subscription feed is delivered to your email inbox.
Did we deliver the subscription topics you selected to receive?
This may not strike you as a security question, but
"if you order a hamburger you should get a hamburger...and ONLY a hamburger".
Your fourth security test is unspecified.
Should you decide to get an Authorized Agent Agreement or Platform User License,
you would be eligible to earn Reward Points for contributing a test of the Yo-ai Platform.
Reward points are redeemed by applying them toward a discount on your subscription fees,
or as an offset to your Requests or AI Credit quotas.
Verifying Your Test Results
Repeating tests are often not the best choice for verifying results. Comparing your test results with other people's test results is better.
Continuous Monitoring of Your Security
Our users continuously test the security of the Yo-ai Platform. (These three platform tests run every day we get new registrations.)
Plan, Do, Check, Act.
The Sentinel is trained to issue alerts for all operational events not associated with test runs.
Observer Mode
We also have a "No-Test" security feature we call, Observer Mode.
Rather than test it yourself with a real email address (or a real disposable email address),
you can watch these tests run on YouTube videos.

You can even test Observer Mode by comparing what you watched and read, with the results of your first three tests.
Assess Your Risk
Yo-ai helps consumers determine their exposure to risk and do something about it.
Yo-ai helps organizations determine if they are exposing their stakeholders to risk and what Registered Stakeholders are doing about it.
