For ORGANIZATIONS
The Vendor-Manager agent represents all organizations that make or may make automated decisions about the consumer.
The Profile-Builder agent assigns discovery tasks to the Tech-Inspector agent which identifies products and services from an organization’s vendors,
and the IP-Inspector which identifies proprietary resources, methods, components, and processes.
The Risk-Assessor agent identifies decision-sets among an organization’s assets
and assesses the risks to consumers based on the quality (completeness and accuracy) of personal data,
the potential adverse impact to consumers,
and the degree of transparency of an organization’s assets and business practices.
The Risk-Assessor agent decides which compliance framework(s) to use for the risk assessment, and assigns the Compliance-Validator to evaluates controls according the given standards to find deviations and violations.
When a given risk assessment threshold is reached, the Complaint-Manager agent bundles up violations from the Compliance-Validator agent and submits formal complaints to regulators with relevant jurisdiction, publishes the complaints in a public data catalog and disseminates the complaints to appropriate stakeholders.
PLATFORM AGENTS
In between the Data-Steward (Consumers) and Vendor-Manager (Organizations) are the Yo-ai Platform Agents:
The Solicitor-General, manages all request-and-response exchanges between all agents, and logs each exchange in the Yo-ai Platform Event Log.
The Decision-Master agent, listens to the Platform Event Log for decision-making events, and forwards them to the Decision Diaries where events are associated with organizations and consumers.
The Sentinel, listens for any events in the Platform Event Log or Decision Diaries which indicate a threat to consumers, organizations, or the Yo-ai Platform. The Sentinel is responsible for disseminating these events to other agents and Registered Stakeholders.
The Incident-Responder agent is often the recipient of potentially-harmful events detected by The Sentinel. This agent has the power to suspend activities of all other agents, except for the Solicitor-General which is designed to log events of activity initiated by the Incident-Responder.
Finally, the Workflow-Builder agent builds customized workflows for more complex operations involving multiple organizations, multiple role-based personal datasets, and nested/recursive workflows.
For CONSUMERS
The Data-Steward is your primary agent that governs the use of your personal information and protects it.
Your Rewards-Seeker agent requests rewards from the Vendor-Manager through the Solicitor-General, and the Data-Steward grants permissions to use your personal information.
The Door-Keeper agent provides access control to your Personal Data Vault,
and the Data-Anonymizer agent tests datasets for information which personally identifies you.
Other agents specialize in discovering your personal information on
the dark web (stolen data),
social media (misappropriated data),
and from data brokers (unauthorized sharing/sale of data).
Your Data-Steward interacts with all agents via the Solicitor-General agent which initiates all requests and manages the responses.
