What is a SKILL?
Meet my personal Talent Agent!
My Talent-Agent is fully authorized to make decisions and act autonomously on my behalf.
This agent governs access to my professional information, shares my profiles, advocates for my candidacy,
and enforces my rights as a job candidate.
Organizations also use machine algorithms to make decisions and act autonomously.
But there's a big difference between my personal AI agents and "services" representing employers:
- My agents are registered so you know who they are, what they are capable of, and what they are authorized to do.
- My agents are accountible to me, a Responsible Human who has a notarized authorization with PrivacyPortfolio, which operates the Yo-AI Assurance Platform.
- My agents can explain what Decision-Factors were used to arrive at a Decision-Outcome, and the Decision-Impact on the Subject.

Because I built ALL my Yo-AI Agents, TRAINED THEM with MY KnowledgeBase,
and gave them ALL MY SKILLS,
I can share my own Skills Inventory in an Agent Card format -- that other AI Agents can match against their requirements.
Here is a sample of what my Talent-Agent produced: Candidate Capability Card
Clicking the "Request Profile" button will send an email to my Talent-Agent,
even though it's addressed to craig-erickson@yo-ai.ai.
If you really need to contact me personally, you'll need to:
* send an email to craig-erickson@privacyportfolio.com or craigericksondpo@proton.me
* send an email to solicitor-general@yo-ai.ai,
send a text message or place a phone call to my business number.
My Talent-Agent doesn't have permission to answer the phone, read or send email from my inbox, or respond to text messages.
All requests are routed through the Solicitor-General, which uses the Yo-AI Universal Capability Router
to log and correlate request-response messages before passing it on to the agent possessing the requested capabilities.
No guessing about whether the capability is a tool, a knowledge domain, a transport protocol, a task, a request,
or a skill.
Only my Solicitor-General, Data-Steward, and Purchasing-Agent have the capability of using external communication tools.
Messages sent to my Data-Steward or Purchasing-Agent are only accepted from mailboxes internal to the privacyportfolio.com and yo-ai.ai domains.
All requests for personal datasets are fulfilled by my Data-Steward, which is the only agent authorized to use my Data_Vault tool.
All requests are tethered to specific API operations:
Given this request for my professional profile, only the Talent-Agent can respond by invoking
the Talent-Profile.Request.Input API operation with the requested dataset from the Data-Steward
to produce the using the Talent-Profile.Request.Output.
